What Can I get?
You will be able to get clothes and shoes for adults and children as well as toys, books and some household items. First time customers who attend our Wednesday session can get new underwear and socks.
We cannot guarantee that we will have specific items and we cannot reserve stock for customers. We get regular donations so come and look again if you don’t find what you need during your visit.
We may need to put restrictions in place if we are running low on items. If required, we may restrict customers who take an excessive amount of items.

How often can i visit?
Asylum seekers and new refugees* will be sent a membership pass after their first visit. Members can re-visit on Mondays and Fridays as required. You need to show your membership pass each time you visit.
Individuals who are refered from the community will be given a specific appointment for their visit.
*new refugees = Individuals who have been granted asylum or humanitarian protection within the last 12 months.

Backpacks and Suitcases
Backpacks and suitcases are always in huge demand. If you need a backpack or suitcase ask us and we can see if one is available. We only give suitcases to people with an eviction notice. If we don’t have one try the ‘Free Stuff’ sites on our Other Help page.
