Customer Registration

From 1^st February all customers for Clothes Bank KC.  Current asylum seekers and people who have been granted permission to stay in the UK within the last 12 months will be eligible to register.

 If you wish to register as a member of the clothes bank  please follow the guidelines below.

Asylum seekers

1. Please send an email to clothesbankkc4@gmail.com with the subject title  –  Customer Registration
2. Please send a clear photo of both sides of your pink ARC card.
3. Please also provide:
4. Your telephone number
5. The address where you are staying in the UK. 
6. Number of dependents (children under 18)

We need these details for anyone in your group who is 18 or over.

Individuals who have been given permission to stay or humanitarian protection within the last 12 months.

• Please send an email to clothesbankkc4@gmail.com with the subject title  –  Customer Registration
• Send photo ID & evidence of the date you were given permission to stay in the UK
• Please also provide:
  • Your telephone number
  • Your country of origin
  • The address where you are staying in the UK
  • Number of dependents (children under 18)

We need these details for anyone in your group who is 18 or over.

Please note:

All personal data provided will only be seen by the administrators of Clothes Bank KC and will only be used to manage membership and numbers at the clothes bank.  All copies of photos and ID cards will be deleted once we have finalised your membership details.
